Nice comfortable house

Great location, cosy and comfortable house. Would be too small for 6 adults but perfect for 4. Some kitchen utensils and crockery needs updating or replaced and really missed having a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom.

Everything you need

The location and property were exactly as advertised and provided us with everything we could possibly need. 5 mins walk from the beach and close to all local amenities. Friendly village of Bracklesham made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely long weekend. The house was perfect for our first weekend away with our sons and their girlfriends (we slept on the bunk beds). The proximity to the beach was amazing and “Peggy” enjoyed making the most of the beach. Thank you

Family mini break

We booked this property as suitable for eldery Mum and us (2 50+ siblings) with cinema room and walk in shower. Wifi to property terrible so cinema didn't work ( or internet). Shower tray didn't drain so couldn't use shower unless we flooded bathroom. Oven filthy and oven baking trays full of food and grease. Cutlery cheap and bendy. Cooked 2nd night but couldn't find pan big enough to cook pasta for 4 adults. Note £100 fee for cleaning ? We will not recommend or return.

Excellent for a short stay

The bungalow is fairly well equipped and is in a convenient location for beach , shops, pubs and cafes. The cinema room was too hot to use as we stayed in the heat wave. There's an excellent TV in the sitting room and we felt a games room with table football etc would have been a better use of space rather than another TV.
