"Great location that includes parking. Owners are very helpful during your stay. It is an older building and shows its age, but it gives it character. If you are looking for a nice clean room, bathroom, and a good location in downtown St Pete, this is a great option especially for the cost. "

"This was a wonderfully unique hotel! The staff were so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only critique is it took forever for the water to get warm in the shower. The onsite restaurant is delicious and the coffee shop/bakery is to die for. I will definitely stay here again next year!"

"The room was great. Had a little problem with the AC when we first got into the room, but within minutes of notifying the Front Desk hotel staff was there and got the AC to start working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. overall, the stay at the exchange was wonderful and we will be going back."
