“I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows. “10月1号晚上快12点了才到卢萨卡，按着酒店订单上的酒店地址找了两个小时都没找到该酒店，联系电话也一直打不通，最后找了辆当地的车付钱让司机给我们当向导才找到，入住已经零晨两点半了，前台还一直强调我们订的大床房只能有一个免费早餐，另一个人要付费！！！！酒店外面看着还可以，内部很陈旧，厕所比较脏，厕所垃圾桶里还有两个空的饮料瓶，一看就是上位房客扔的酒店竟然没打扫！！非常不愉快的经历”

“Very comfortable stay in the CBD very convenient in terms of movement in and around the city. The airport shuttle arranged by hotel is very comfortable and convenient. Rooms are nice and spacious with clean bathroom. Breakfast spread is also good with options. Overall a good comfortable stay . ”

“I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.”

“We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date……
