「SAROVAR is always a win for me each time in zambia. Love the suite set up rooms, staff excellent always going beyond from check in, to the restaurant. James good guy , Nicolas , Virginia, towela, Neddy and also Samuel excellent staff they always have a smile on theirs faces. The security staff good team. Always passing their regards each time you see them. The ladies who take care of the rooms always making the room clean spotless. Till next time I love the location and easy access of anywhere...

「A nice boutique hotel, with great artwork and decor and an excellent and well appointed room. They were not too flexible with early check in, but did store our luggage for us while we went to do other things. Food was ok, not great . It came highly recommended by friends , but perhaps that made my expectations too high. It is also a tad pricey, which is something I would consider in the future」

「The staff were very polite and helpful, but the hotel needs maintenance. My original room lacked hot water for a shower. I was told that this is a hotel-wide issue. I was able to get moved to a different room that did have hot water after several days and multiple attempts to get the situation resolved. My new room had hot water, but the shower did not drain properly, causing it to flood into the rest of the bathroom. The room also had ants and at least one roach. The breakfast buffet was...

「We stayed for 1 night but the staff were friendly and I recommend the nomads court restraunt . The pool was cold at the time but looked amazing and the room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Overall amazing 😍」
