“The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. Really overcrowded to the point it made it uncomfortable. Many families with children occupied the pool and seating……

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Excessive pet fee of $150 for ONE NIGHT STAY, which was not disclosed during booking. Disappointing surprise for a supposedly pet friendly hotel The breakfast didn’t come close to the hype and the lukewarm coffee about summed it up It was a Sunday night and we were put in a third floor room (great for our dog, eh?) probably the farthest away from the front desk and breakfast. I would guess there were no more than 10 people staying there. Overall, a lousy and expensive lesson to learn. I’ll……

“The room itself could’ve been cleaner as some of the sheets had dirt spots on them. .house keeping did not come by. The front desk staff was great and friendly”

“Worst service and experience i have had in a very long time. Seeking a refund due to unsafe room (exposed wiring). Front desk argued with me, were sarcastic and rude went as far as tell the kids don’t touch and electrocute themselves…. And ask if the kids pulled the plug put the wall when we had just arrived.. checked out 30 min after i checked in… reported to hilton because it was such a terrible experience. Font desk did nothing but escalate the situation…. Very unprofessional…. No NOT……

“This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.”

“I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!”
