"I had to sign a bunch of paperwork regarding the rules. Then 2 days later the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building at 1:30 am. Come to find out the reason for the fire department and police being notified was because some ignorant pieces of crap were smoking marijuana and partying in their room. No apologies given and the guy at the front desk could care less about any of us in the freezing cold weather. Never going back again. "

"If check in is at 4 maybe consider having someone else at the desk as well. Had one older lady, tending to four different customers, all by herself.I felt so bad for her"

In a pool 4.3 feet deep, I couldn't even see my own feet touching the bottom of the pool. At first, I didn't think anything of it. I trusted that the pool wouldn't be open unless it was safe enough to swim in. However, that wasn't so because after two days of swimming, my nephew wound up with a UTI. "
