"Breakfast was outstanding! We bought food to cook, but our stove did not work. We had daily maid service. Filtered water was avaiable free of charge in the lobby. Very quiet and immaculate environment. We would stay there again!"

"Amazing hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms and everything feels well maintained. The lobby is beautiful, and the bar is excellent—great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a very good selection. What really stands out is the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Highly recommend—definitely would stay here again!"

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a big disappointment. From the moment you walk in, there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby. The chairs look dirty, as if people were standing on them, and the carpets are stained. The walls—especially near the elevators—are visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself also had a bad smell and did not feel clean at all. What’s frustrating is that the hotel actually has potential—it seems relatively new—but it’s clearly not being managed or maintained properly. Overall, this was not an acceptable experience and I would not stay here again."

"Right from the start, at the airport, this was a good experience - the free airport shuttle bus is excellent and easy to access once you locate the stop to catch the bus. the food lovely if not a little too much food served and a little expensive but good to have the service, Continental breakfast perfect."
