「We came to Rochester to visit family and stayed in the Nautical Hideaway. We felt at home there immediately! Rental is equipped with everything you need and then some.」

「Unit was very clean and appeared newly renovated. Kitchen and appliances were new. Bathroom was new. We did not lack for much and the hosts supplied what we needed during our stay. Keep in mind the bathroom is on the second floor in case anyone visiting you there is unable to negotiate the stairs. Another caution is only one of the beds allows a tall person (6’ 2”) to let their feet hang off the end. We would stay here again.」

「Great Communication with host, property close to everything we were looking at, liked that there was a driveway to park, area towards Monroe Street was a little sketchy after 10pm. Property had everything we needed.」

「Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.」

Clean well taken care of home in nice area, walk across the street to seabreeze the lake, Irondequoit bay or just down the road to several restaurants or bars. Of course it’s Rochester so you can easily be anywhere within a few minutes, surprisingly no coffee shops within walking distance but zero complaints with this place, will definitely stay again if」

「Stayed a couple of nights while moving our college age daughter. We had the perfect place to come back to, to recharge and recover. Loved that each bedroom was set up for people to relax in which gave everybody a space of their own. Sitting on the porch early evening was also great. Kitchen had all we needed as well. Definitely recommend!」
