「I checked in with an employee who mentioned that he was new. It took over 20 min. He was having issues with checking me in. Then he was having issues with my credit card. No problem... I was patient. We put our stuff in the room and went out for the evening. When we came back, the room keys did not work. Went back to the front desk where a nice woman was working.
