“The location is amazing. The view from the living room is beautiful and serene. However, there are a few hiccups with the property that will hopefully be worked out before others stay. 1) The door was unlocked when we arrived, we expected it to be locked due to provider check in directions. 2) There is a dishwasher, but no dish washer detergent provided. 3) only 1 tablespoon of dish soap (for washing dishes by hand) was provided for our 4 night/5 day rental, so I had to drive into town which was……

“My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Green House. It is so cozy and welcoming and surrounding area is so picturesque and calming. It was exactly what I needed to wind down and relax. And my son loved running around the backyard and looking at the hundreds of cows grazing just across the street. There is also zero light pollution and clear views of the Milky Way at night, which is something I never get to see back at home. If you are looking for the perfect base……

We “discovered” Gino’s restaurant and the little store, and spent a fun couple of hours in Keepers Antiques, all within walking distance.The kitchen had everything we needed, the yard was a great place for exercising our dog, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was appreciated!”
