「Everything is good, i love the design of the locker. this is one of the best locker for every bed i used. Even the upper bed can also enjoy the space of floor. The room is big and tidy. The location is good. But the shower room should have some wall hook for us to put our clothes and stuff. This is the only thing i don't like.」

「Not bad, quite close to the train station, very handy 」

「交通位置太方便了，距離機場大概只有30分鐘左右對一位背包客來說，價格永遠是最重要的考量，如果習慣住飯店的人，千萬別來這間背包客旅店，唯一需要挑惕的大概就是沒有電梯，如果你有許多行李，那還真有點不方便不過，同時也有另外一個好處，他們提供免費的行李寄放服務！！！英國許多背包客旅店還得另外付錢，這間真的是佛心來著呀！！！最後，旅店還提供免費的早餐，吃飽飽，就可以上路完整天囉～～」

「I stayed for around 4 days here. The room(where I stayed on the 1st floor) and common area are clean and well maintained considering it is London with many tourists come and go. You can meet different kinds of people here. Good place for people who are interactive and courtly.」

「Overall I liked this Hostel a lot and would definitely come back. Look, at the end of the day the things inconvenient about this property are the things inconvenient about every hostel. If you can’t handle no AC, no lift, and roommates that snore or are loud in the hallways all the way to quiet hours, then no hostel will work for you. Bring ear plugs and a sleep mask, and be ready climb some stairs. Beds are comfortable enough, showers are comparatively large for a hostel. My only complaint was...

「convenience location and friendly people. good choice for backpackers.」

「1. Staff are a bit robotic or maybe their work is too routine? 2. Complimentary breakfast is available, of course don't expect something fancy but it's free anyways 3. Wifi network is open 4. There is one Sainsbury's with only 30sec walk 5. Subway station is next to Sainsbury's so it's only like less than 1hour to go to/from the airport! 6. There is no elevator so it would be a big problem if you carry big bags, heard it's £2 for each carriage」

"Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. "

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
