「I was so surprised to get into such a cute, well-priced get away with only a month's notice. It is tourist season in Alaska afterall. Quiet and comfortable with easy access to the town, I loved my stay. I thought I was going to experience a bear sighting on the first day when some bushes started shaking pretty vigorously, but it turned out to a large bunny who nibbled his way across the yard. It was the kind of wildlife encounter I can appreciate. I would definitely recommend this cottage.」

「This property was perfect for our family get away. There was ample space for everyone and all of the furniture is confortable and inviting. The scenery yells ALASKA with moose in the front yard along with sandhill cranes. The house is fully stocked with essentials from the kitchen to the laundry room, it was wondeful.」

「My Family of 9 adults and 2 year old grandaughter had a wonderful 4 night stay at Playful Ravens in Homer! Paula and her team provided excellent communication before and during the trip. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. The pictures provided were very accurate of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. 「My adult daughter and I stayed at Pioneer House in June. The stay had all the amenities you might need. It’s the perfect place for 2 couples. The beds might be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in in a VRBO. It’s close to everything you might want to do in Homer. Great communication with the host. She was on top of everything. 」

「We were so excited to reach our destination in Homer and realize that we would be staying in the center of the action right on the boardwalk on the spit! We had gorgeous weather which meant a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. While the spot is cozy, it worked well for our group of 6 adults and had everything we needed for our one night stay. The e only minor suggestion would be black out curtains on the main floor to help with sleep in summer. Thank you for a great time in Homer! 」
