Retreat like setting with lots to do!

This is a gorgeous house with stunning views, close to everything and very comfortable beds. Kitchen is nicely appointed and overall experience was top notch!

Second Visit as lovely as the first

This was my second stay at Stoney Point. The house was again, very clean and well appointed. The views are outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location in Chincoteague!

The house looks exactly like the photos! It is clean and has everything you need. Our family spent a week there in August. If you ride bikes or kayak, it doesn't get any better. It is located by the bridge to get to the beach, so you don't have to ride in traffic, and the kayak access is right next door. The bedrooms aren't huge, but there is plenty of room and the bathrooms are nice. Very nice that each room has its own bath! Our family was very comfortable. The shared space is large, and we enjoyed the screened porch! We will be back!

Nice memorial day weekend in Chincoteague

Property has spacious kitchen and great room with a view. All amenities for large family. Can bike to national park from here. Ensure you have bug spray when you goto national park.

Absolutely Perfect!!

From the view out the front window, to the beautifully furnished indoors, to the 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, and the lovely outside deck, this was the perfect vacation home. We couldn't have been happier. The location is also very quiet, but only 5 minutes from the beach and Chincoteague amenities. We will definitely be coming back!

The house is even better than the pictures. Great location and perfect for a family vacation. The hosts are the nicest people we’ve met and made every effort to make our stay wonderful. Captain Barry’s boat tour is a must.

Perfect as the Pictures

We stay at many vacation rentals and this is one at the top of the list. The location and view are top notch. The house is perfectly designed for leisure and very well appointed. We sat for hours enjoying the view and watching the wildlife, including a regular visit by a bald eagle. Easy trip to the beach and all of Chincoteaque. We will return.

As Good As It Looks! (Maybe Better)

We honestly believed the photos of this place has to be photo-shopped when we picked it out. Please let me assure you, on a sunny day, it's exactly as beautiful as it looks! Wildlife viewing is amazing. The proximity to Assateague Island is ideal for family walks or bike rides over the bridge. The owners are very responsive to any issues. We needed a drain plug so our infant son could take a bath and they delivered it to the house within a few hours! We hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful home on the water

My family stayed here over the Christmas holidays. The house was spacious and beautiful. The view outside from the living room was gorgeous! The house is in close proximity to the downtown area. Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, where you can see wild ponies, was a 5 minute drive away. The rental company communicated with us promptly and made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly. If we ever make it back to Chincoteague I would stay at this house again.
