“This property was very cozy and welcoming. The bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, dining room, and living were all very spacious for my wife and I. The bathroom was a little small, but the jacuzzi tub definitely made it up for it. The washer and dryer, along with the fully furnished kitchen were very accommodating. “The condo was well furnished, everything worked and it was very comfortable. It is next to Acker Park with trails. Unfortunately it was wet during my stay so the trails were muddy. The covered garage was a big plus! The downside was a howling dog nearby when it's owner was away.”

“Condo was as described and was great for 3 adults and a dog. had everything we needed for this trip and is indeed a 10 minute walk to whiskey row which is nice to not drive. The yard is secure and there is a dog door if you are bringing your pal. A little hard to find at first because google doesn’t have the address correct, ensure you talk with Roger about it first. Check in is done by the neighbor, Bob who is a real nice guy. We arrived late and is was no issue.”

“We stayed for a week to tune up our golf game. Ideal location right on the course. The condo had everything we needed. Everything worked well. Has a nice patio right on hole #9. The kitchen knives were sharp! I would definitely stay here again.”

“We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants.……

“A wonderful retreat. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace with a glass of wine listening to the flowing water in the creek. My husband enjoyed sitting outside on the porch in the rocking chair. Cottage had all the requirements we needed for a peaceful weekend. We also enjoyed the relative distance of Prescott Valley. Close enough for access to shops, but far enough to enjoy the forest.
