“SOME LIGHTS COULD NOT BE TURNED ON LIKE THE ONES IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE NIGHT STANDS. THERE IS NO SWITCH ON THE TABLE LAMPS! THE ONE ON THE LEFT I FUGYRED OUT THAT I COULD SCREW THE LIGHT BULB IN AN IT WOULD COME ON, BUT NO SWITCH WOULD TURN IT OFF SO I USED THE BULB AS A SWITCH! THE KITCHEN WAS BARELY EQUIPED WITH NO BLENDER OR MIXER. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET CRACKED AND THE SEAT CAME APART. THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD DAMAGE AS DID THE BACK DOOR SECURITY LATCH WAS BROKEN. THE MASTER BEDROOM TOILET……

“A clean house with a fenced yard on a quiet street! 606 Georgia Ave, Lynn Haven, FL was close to family and business activities. We didn’t cook, but we felt so very comfortable. We talked with relatives about the possibility of a future rental of both the main house and guest house.”

“There are many pools some of which are closed but we was able to find a pool close enough to walk to that was indeed heated! ”

“Check in was easy and communication with the host was consistent and clear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very handy that each room had its own tv. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“It was the perfect fit for my husband and myself. Clean, airy atmosphere with so many thoughtful touches I couldn’t think of anything I’d want to add. The neighborhood is relaxed and unpretentious, the beach is a walkable distance for (I’d estimate) most able-bodied people, and the whole experience was even better than I’d expected. The large bed in the bedroom and the pullout couch in the living room would make it sleepable for up to 4 people. The turnoff for the house (headed East) is just……

“The house itself was great! The only downside was the backyard wasn't as fenced in as it appears to be. It's great if you want to keep your dog confined to 3/4ths of the yard. No major issues, just a very dog rich neighborhood, so closing off that last corner would be beneficial. Host was very responsive and helpful. My final 0.02, we've never visted this area before, so it was tough to determine where parking was allowed and not when going to the beach. If further explanation was offered to……
