"We had an issue keeping housekeeping out of our room. We asked them twice not to clean our room until the end of our trip. We came back every day to signs they had been in the room. It wasn’t necessary a trust issue. It was just not wanting someone in our room when we were not there. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfy. The Kitchenette was nice. And check in was quick and easy. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma. The property is dated and could use an overhaul and our room felt like it could use a good cleaning, but it was a very affordable for a beachfront property. The pool was great but not heated at this point in the year (March) and there has been a cold front so it was chilly. The front desk staff was fabulous, very friendly, and super helpful. The Wi-Fi was rough, we struggled to stay connected. The water pressure was unlike anything we have ever seen, it was amazing. Overall, a good experience."

"All in all, great for the rate and location. Not sure it would be over an 8 out of 10, which it was when booking. Mostly because it had a bit of an outdated feel, but could give an 8 out of 10 for the right rate. Def feel we received that! And hot tub temp/location was awesome; and glad it stays open 24/7, as that was a great way to kick off the day by the beach on the chillier mornings."
