"The employees that doesn't work the front desk other than Valet are your first line to a good review. The front desk is a area of concern to me. Ararra was our host to book our room. Our given room was on the second floor my wife requested a higher up floor and away from the elevator. This was around 3:30 pm. Ararra checked and said that 1 on the 4th floor should be available around 4 check in time. We said we would wait for that room. Told her to text us if it became available earlier. Around 4:05 pm went up to her station and she seemed to remember us and said that we would have to accept a 3rd floor room or we would have to wait longer. So at this point we accepted the room. When we got to the room we were shocked that we were in this tiny room by my history working for Hampton Inn and taking several vacations staying at Embassy Suites. Really couldn't watched TV from the bed had to dodge the TV in order to get I to bed. We had no where to unpack clothes under the tables on top of the tables no place to store your clothes. Not one drawer available. The room with our $1500 view was the roof of the second floor so room 356 came with a room with a view of a roof. I notified the front desk That we weren't happy with this room. And they asked what and I told them in a text that we weren't happy and they responded that we chose the wrong room. So at 4:20 pm our trip after arriving at 3:30 took a turn for the worse. The worse part they never ask if we would like 2 upgrade. Reid"

"Loved the fact that the patio to our room walked right onto the beach!! The room was okay, atleast it was clean and had the wonderful beach access. I did NOT like the fact that they do not have an elevator and we had two flights of stairs to get to our room. The staff was great and very helpful. I would recommend as long as you don't mind stairs! "
