The space
Enter the living room, where a large L-shaped sofa awaits with a cosy log burner, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen/diner boasts modern amenities including a Nespresso machine (please bring your own pods), tall fridge freezer and range cooker. The breakfast bar and dining table provides ample seating for enjoying meals together in comfort.

Downstairs, discover convenience with a utility room and shower room with WC, offering direct access to the private enclosed rear courtyard with seating, ideal for accommodating your furry friends.

Upstairs, unwind in two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds and hanging space, along with a snug single bedroom. The funky family bathroom boasts underfloor heating, a large enclosed shower cubicle and separate bath for ultimate comfort.

For those traveling with furry friends, Unicorn Cottage welcomes up to 3 dogs to join you during your stay. Please ensure you review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Additionally, a travel cot and high chair are available for an additional cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.

Other things to note
The wifi is currently operated by a reliable O2 mobile router while we wait for super-fast broadband to be fitted.

The heating & hot water is controlled by Google Nest. You will need to download the app if you wish to make any adjustments - the app will provide a thorough walk through on how it works.

Please be advised, there is no handrail along the top half of the stairs.

We welcome up to 3 pets for an extra charge of £30 for 1 dog, £50 for 2 dogs or £70 for 3, bowls and a welcome pack are provided. Please ensure the pets box is ticked when selecting the number of guests.

Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog:
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained
- Please keep your pets off the beds & soft furnishings
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible
- Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you

We can also supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
