“We enjoyed our stay. We liked the proximity to the beaches, we appreciated the second storey appt for its breeze, we appreciated ease of communicating with owner, we enjoyed the ocean view. The beds were comfortable, we would definitely return. ”

“Ocean villas was fantastic ! The communication to get the keys and to get to the villa was greatly appreciated. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances you need to cook at home. The shower pressure was awesome. The place was bigger than our actual house we rent and appreciated the space. The AC unit was a great added unit. We were able to walk 15 minutes into oistins and take buses everywhere. We didn't need a car. We had an amazing 9 nights here ”

“TLDR: BOOK IT! We LOVED Rick’s home! It is as described: every amenity, well appointed and so comfortable! You literally can just stop at the grocery store and make yourself at home. We were also pleasantly surprised by the backyard/garden and pool area. Just such a sweet space! We also appreciate the fact that we were not tasked with endless list of chores to complete upon checkout. Rick himself was very generous with answering a few questions I had and very helpful overall. The beach is……

“Was supposed to be a large group of us for the week before Christmas but some never made it due flight cancellations and covid. However the property was an absolute delight. The outside areas were superb for socialising and the pool was large enough to cool off in . Beautiful setting with the sea feet away and monkeys in the garden. A car is essential to visit the great restaurants locally . Can’t recommend this place highly enough, clean , fantastically well equipped and peaceful.”
