“Fantastic stay! Lovely comfy room, great speaker in the room and lovely little touches e.g the bear door handle! Breakfast was 10/10. Free parking too was fab. Overall exceptional we will definitely be back, thank you.”

“Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background.”

“I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .”

“Unfortunately I stayed on a Monday/ Tuesday when the bar and restaurant are closed so cannot give a review of any amenities. The room key was in a key lock external to the property. Room was clean and tidy and would definitely stop again but not on the days the bar / restaurant are closed.”

“I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. Little welcome biscuit and we also had a fresh slice of banana bread/cake supplied on the second day. The room had everything you needed. Ability to heat or cool the room down, Tv with access to……
