「Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.」

「Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「Great service given an upgrade which was amazing. Will definitely stay again.」

「We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower」

「Nice place and perfect location」

「⭐ Very poor hygiene & disappointing service I stayed here with my two children, aged 2 and 9, and was shocked to find visible blood stains on two mattresses in our room. 「Lovely house in a fantastic area. Mudeford is such a lovely place, 2nd time staying here now and will definitely be back again」

「這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人」

「Good value for money I would go back」

「Good price including breakfast.」

「We love everything of this beautiful hotel.」

「Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure.」

「The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay.」
