Family Get Away

We wanted to spend a relaxing week by the beach and enjoying the local food. This condo was perfect! Everything you could need for a family of four to make your own meals and enjoy the beach without schlepping everything over the sand. Perfect stay and we greatly appreciate it!

Beautiful beach condo close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo. The access to the private beach was amazing with a fun little snorkeling area right there! The condo was nice, kitchen well stocked and pool access great as well. We had some trouble getting the TV to work and it’s in need of a few more beach chairs. Great place would return!

This vacation was nothing but a dream come true! Four steps to the beach is absolutely true! Imagine being awakened every morning by the sound of the surf! The wonderful hosts are very accommodating and the locals are very friendly! We have rebooked for 2026!

Awesome Beach Condo

Property exceeded expectations. Literally on the beach, tons of space, immaculately clean, and well equipped. Perfect for low-key vacation, close to town, groceries and restaurants. Beach feels semi-private, well tended. Already looking at next year.

On the beach

Our family of 5 spent a week in April. As advertised, this property is literally right on the beach. The water was calmer than other beaches on the island that we visited making it great for younger kids. The pool area is also nice. Condo was very clean! Plenty of towels and beach toys. 4 stars based on location because the neighborhood surrounding the property was run down compared to other properties that we drove by on other parts of the island. Would use caution if out after dark.

Everything was exactly as listed. Easy/quick communication with the owners. Loved having our own washer/dryer - saves bringing extra luggage. Spent endless hours combing for beach glass!

Just like the title says, the beach is just steps away and it is beautiful. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. It is in a great location and easy to get to everything on the island. I would go back for sure!

Condo is nice, comfortable and clean. Conveniently located near C'sted and easy to get to F'sted. The grocery store is near by, and the view from the porch can't be beat. Highly recommend.

The location on Sugar Beach is wonderful. We loved staying right on the beach which was well maintained and raked daily. Although the condo itself could use a few updates and repairs, it was more than adequate for us. The property manager, Christoph, was excellent. He responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Everything we needed was there. Lots of kitchen dinnerware, cookware, appliances. Linens, towels including beach towels. Lots of beach toys for the kids and the proximity to the beach really is just a few steps. Beach chairs provided and the beach was cleaned of any seaweed each morning. We had a wonderful stay. Right on the Beach!! Plenty of Beach Chairs. Was a great week overall. Some updates could be made but everything worked. Electricity went out several times but that apparently is the norm and nothing the owners could control.

Great place

The guys that work at the condominium did an amazing job cleaning the beach daily. There were days the sargassum collected on the beach but the guys cleaned it up every day. They are awesome! This was a great place for our family. With the beach right our the door the kids could go swimming and snorkeling.

Perfect location right on the beach as promised. Cool breezes keep you comfortable even in the sun. Restaurant really close and a Mcdonald’s and supermarket nearby. A little confusing about checking in though since the office says they do not manage this unit. You will not be disappointed with the location or the views!

You can't beat the location of this condo. The rooms and beds were very nice. It was equipped with nice higher end appliances than usual. The only downfall was the baby roaches in the kitchen. Just needs a little left control.

We had a wonderful week-long stay here! The condo is well-maintained and very clean, the bedrooms are huge, the kitchen is extremely well-supplied, and the house and its surroundings are tranquil; it was the perfect escape! We spent time quality time with the kids on Sugar Beach. Easy access for exploring other beaches, but Sugar was our fav. Pam and David were wonderful to work with, they were quick with communication and made sure we had everything we needed and more for our stay in their home.
