"I loved this hotel. It has a shuttle from the Kawaguchicko Station. It was so convenient the restaurants and not far from the lake. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"
