"The size of the room is really good, but I don’t think it worth for almost $700 a night. I saw people saying it a 4 star hotel, but I think so, I think it around 3 star. The customer service is really good. The cleaning is just okie. "

"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"
