We book the JAL hotel through Expedia, the description is about the “premium room” with “Extra Large” bed, but when we arrive the hotel, it can only provide general double bed, which can’t live in with 2 adults 1kids for 5 days!
We certainly paid higher price for “premium room” with “Extra Large” bed, but the day manager request to pay more for another 2 single beds room, we spend at least 45mins for this dispute after early flight to Japan & affect our travelling planning.
Even there is black & write written descriptions, they still insist this is the fault between Expedia & customer, dun even bear any responsibility until we commit we will report to JAL or any related party after trip.
Finally, they change the room for us, 2 single beds & we combine them into one extra large bed, it was a bad experience for us….
