"We all loved our stay. The food (even an ice cream vending machine), special dinners, public Onsen, happy hour and in room Onsen were fabulous. We even experienced our first earthquake!!! A memorable experience."

"Room was clean loveeee the private warm bath in our room. It was pure bliss sitting in the bath hearing natures outside. Food was good and very generous - glad we booked food with our room as theres not a lot of place to eat around esp if you don’t have a car. Very convenient with the bus stop and family mart right outside. Was a very nice peaceful break from Tokyo."

"The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The coffee was superb and probably the best coffee I've had in Japan. There is a range of great regional Japanese fare as well as salad bar, fruit, pastries. The hotel location is central and there's lots of restaurants in the same building in the Tower."
