Wer hier bucht begeht definitiv keinen Fehler!”

“This hotel is excellent. From the moment you arrive they can’t do enough for you, from the welcome drink to the recommendations where to eat, to bringing drinks to you. The room was superb, we had a ground floor with sun loungers next to the pool. The breakfast, superb, so much choice, best we’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Excellent place !!! Clean !! Property and location is amazing !! Michelin star restaurant on property with dining views of the lake. Views of the lake from your rooms also !!! Staff at property extremely nice !!”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The……

“Great position just out of the village but only a 5 minute walk. Helpful friendly staff, great views over the lake and excellent food.”

“Big rooms and clean. I believe most have balconies. It is four star Italian and was fine but not amazing. Breakfast was good with nice service and attentive staff. Lots of choices.”

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town! Will be back for sure. The amenities and staff were perfect. Central location walkable to everything.”

“Quarto excelente e limpo. Opção de café da manhã excelente. Ótima localização, aí lado do castelo e do barco para o próximo destino. Cidade encantadora, tudo pertinho. Simplesmente amei.”

“The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite. It was very large, has a heated jacuzzi style pool (but it takes a long time to cool down/heat up), the shower and sauna are lovely and the smell in the corridor is divine! It is very centrally located, right near the ferry port and station. The hotels in the area are not great, so if you can, definitely worth splurging on the……

“Excellent customer service, prime location, and good breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”
