“The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The……

“The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite.
