"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Porto Azzuro. All the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Special shout out to Andrea behind the bar who served a delicious range of complimentary snacks alongside the poolside cocktails.
We had the 2 bedroom family room which had two balconies, perfect for getting the kids off to sleep and still being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine.
We did find the bed rather on the hard side but the staff arranged for a mattress topper to be fitted which made it very comfortable.
The breakfast and lunch menu had a good selection and the staff were attentive. All in all a very pleasant stay."
"This hotel is a calm quiet oasis in the heart of Sirmione old town on the lake edge. We had a lake view room which I'm sure helped our opinion.The hotel is about 5 mins from the ferry terminal. We arrived about 4pm and Sirmione old town at that time is heaving with tourists. Having negotiated the crowds on the main street the hotel was a joy. The room was maybe a little basic and the bathroom needed some tlc but fully functioning air conditioning a comfortable bed a lake facing room and balcony more than made up for the very minor thoughts about the room. Staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful, tasty and taken at the lakeside. I believe all the cakes were homemade. We retired to the hotel each day in the afternoon, to get away from the crowds and sit by the lake with a drink. It was a joy to be able to do so If we were ever to go to Sirmione again we would stay here without hesitation."
"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Olivi - the staff were all lovely and very welcoming, and made our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The room interiors were modern and well furnished/decorated with plenty of space and the pool is sizeable and not too crowded, even in the height of summer.
Hotel Olivi is easily walkable from to the Sirmione Old Town, and is ideally located as a base for exploring Lake Garda."

The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake & plenty of sun beds in the sun & shade if preferred with a bar/restaurant for pool side enjoyment. Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. Quiet & peaceful area. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner. All round brilliant stay, if you’re looking for a location in lake garda, Sirmione is the place & Hotel Ideal is the cherry on top"
