"Our experience wasnt great .pool never had towels at any point.hot tub was same temp as pool n way over filled. Adults werent with there children in pool area. So kids were running and jumping back and forth between the two. Laughed when we asked them to please stop. Same kids next morning were down at eating area i came down to a kid probly 5 sitting on the counter sitting in frount of fridge getting stuff no shoes on no adult. I dont recommend. "

"Customer service was great and went above and beyond. Breakfast is great. Convenient location to store and hospital. Came in for spine surgery at Lutheran and booked this hotel for the pool (just wanted to relax in it and swim before major surgery) and it was closed, which made me tremendously sad. They said it was only for the day because they had to add chemicals, but it was closed the next day and my husband couldn’t use it. Other than that it was fantastic and will be using every time I go to Fort Wayne."

"The room was pretty clean, though there was some unidentified liquid left in my sink (? cleaning solution) and I was left only one glass; in general the property was clean. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and accommodating, including the staff at the rooftop bar. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant one morning, and it was great (though not cheap). Lots of good options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Lastly, the hotel is within walking distance of a large park on the river, the History museum, multiple government buildings, restaurants and nightlife."
