“There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation.”

“Property was fine. A little frustrating that the online check in prior to arrival stated check in was at 2pm, however, when we arrived at 2:30p, we were told we could not check in until 3p as there were no rooms clean.
Very happy with the price. The staff was very friendly. Easy access on/off the toll road.”

“Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible neighborhood. They dont even have a front desk clerk...they literally outsourced it to India. You check in through a machine with an Indian dude on camera who was impossible to understand. 100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”
