Great Stay

This house was awesome for us to stay on our trip to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of places close by to eat. It would really be awesome for a Red's or Bengals' Game. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, recently renovated house. The neighborhood felt safe. At first the kitchen equipment was lacking and a restroom did not have a wastebasket. The owner quickly remedied these concerns when I raised them. This was a great house for an 11-person traveling theater troupe with a couple of small children.

We stayed for a work project. I didn’t realize how close it was to dining and entertainment! Plus the house was perfect! And had a ton of amenities!

Excellent House

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. We loved all the open space that we could all eat together and play games around the table. Everything was very clean. A very nice place!

Perfect home for a large family group

We enjoyed our stay. The bedroom spaces, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry were just what we needed for the 11 people who stayed. We would have liked to have had more furniture (and a bit more comfortable) in the family room so that we could relax more easily in the evenings after our days out sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed! Our two college kids loved the loft area above the master - gave them a bit of space and privacy to themselves!

Nicely redone. Great access to everything! Lots of space in home. Very clean. Only concern was plates/cutlery….too bulky for dishwasher. Cutlery too small and not very functionable. Otherwise a great stay. Thank you

Family Christmas Gathering

The property looks like the pictures online, but when arriving it needs work. The floors are bubbled, slanted, and coming up. Wallpaper is peeling, walls are dirty, trash can does not slide into cabinet, towel racks coming out of the walls, etc. The house sleeps 12, but there is only enough silverware for 8. There was a large bottle of pert plus and a bottle of suave in the bathrooms for use. No body wash. We were given plenty of trash bags and dishwasher pods, however we ran out of dish soap and the type of dishes they provided for use didn't really fit in the dishwasher. Only one hand towel for drying dishes was provided. Not a far walk from a cute coffee/book shop and not a far walk from the main street that has a ton of bars, shops, restaurants. The street the house is on is a little run down and there is a school directly across the street. Check in and check out was extremely easy.

The floors were in bad shape, the main floor was covered with tape.Fire pit was advertised, no wood or lighters. Called the company and they wouldn’t do anything about it.Upstairs TV had no remote.The neighborhood a lot of dogs barking.

I would not recommend

The house was filthy. The carpets & furniture are stained.Dining chairs have broken backss so DON'T let anyone try and lean back. The floors were cracked and uneven. I spent the 1sr night stripping beds because my sheets were DISGUSTING! We left a day early.
