Short stay

Flew out for a funeral and was looking for a quiet place to stay. Upstairs guests were pretty loud, but I contacted the owner and they for them to quiet down very quickly. Great comms, great space, will go again.

Would not recommend

The unit was very loud whenever there was an upstairs neighbor walking around. This may not be an issue if you’re only looking to crash here for a couple of nights. But if you are looking at staying for a longer period of time, just be aware of noise disruptions if you work remotely or are trying to sleep.There were plenty of other maintenance and quality issues that made the stay unenjoyable. We booked our stay for a month and ended up moving out over a week early.However, the check in process was easy and property managers were prompt to respond. The location is also convenient to the highway and Cinci neighborhoods.Ultimately, this place is very fine if you’re looking to stay for a couple nights. But if you are looking for a longer stay, I would recommend looking at furnishedfinder.com for better options at this price point!

Great little find!

Cute one bedroom. Very clean. No bugs. Yard was a little overgrown, but we stayed inside anyway. Very close to lots of Cincinnati fun and easy access to highway. Brew a whole pot of ground coffee or by the cup with the Keurig. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Older home with creaky floors and high ceilings, so sound carries very well. Three-prong outlets only in kitchen area, but we made it work Overall, very pleased!

Wonderful!

We were pleased with our stay in Cincinnati. The house was very, very clean and had all amenities that we needed for the weekend. The neighborhood was cute and felt very safe. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Off street parking was avaliable... just had to figure out how to find it. Quiet, clean and comfortable. We world stay here again.

Perfect for the cost

Great place for the price... There is a 2nd floor apt that was occupied for 1/2 of my stay. There were times that is was very loud above me in the middle of the night (3am) which was unfortunate.. perhaps some rugs to muffle the loud walking/dropping things? It was obvious that there was a small child in the family staying at the same time as me. Totally fine... these are the things we can't control in life!! In summary... 600 for a week stay... can't beat it.
