"Very clean & updated hotel in central Salem. The rooms are "micro", so not much room - but if you don't require much room you'll be fine. Parking is in the Salem Central parking deck ($20/day) that can be a ceased in the building directly across the walkway, so you won't get wet if it's raining."

"I stayed here waiting for a flight the next morning. Very clean property and good communication with check in staff. My only issue is that I was sick with the shingles when I arrived and needed to turn the heat up, but they have it locked and preset not to go over 76 which is ridiculous for how cold the climate is in Massachusetts. That made my shingles extra painful. The hotel staff did provide additional blankets but it’s not the same as the room being warm. I will stay again, during the summer months only."

Safety and security were clearly a priority, which made the entire stay feel relaxed and worry-free. The rooms were impressively large, offering plenty of space to unwind, with a layout that felt both functional and upscale. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast—an incredible selection with something for everyone, all fresh and well-prepared. Throughout the stay, the availability of snacks and beverages for guests was a really nice touch that added to the overall experience. Dining at the on-site restaurant, Margaritas, was another standout. The food was phenomenal—full of flavor, well-presented, and consistently delicious. It easily became a go-to spot during the stay. For those traveling with electric vehicles, the hotel is especially convenient, offering excellent charging options both on the property and nearby. Overall, this is a place that truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality—highly recommended."

"Cleaning staff emptied trash once, didnt vacuum and left our door open from 3pm until we found it about 630pm that evening. The desk staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. The photos of the rooms are not very revealing of the actual room. I reserved the Bertram with a Queen bed and when we walked in there was just enough room to walk as long as you didn't try to pass the other person in the room. VERY costly for what you actually receive."
