「Good breakfast. Lovely food at dinner」

「This hotel is close to the City Centre and has around 5 parking spaces for clients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property is very old and each room is named after the Cathedral bishops. The room was light and airy with windows that open. We were at the back and there is a public path which was a bit noisy. The rooms are fine but could do with some updating. The breakfast was made to order and hot which cannot be said for more modern hotels in the City.」

「The Cottage is a perfect place to stay when you don't want to do a long drive back home after some excellent culture at The Chichester Festival Theatre. Easy walking distance to the theatre (just under a mile). Full English breakfast is worth the few extra quid!」

「The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!」

Lots of other lovely touches that made it really outstanding - yoghurt pots, lots of pastries, pear juice as an option, brownies and flapjacks, fresh fruit salad. Simply divine. Our room had everything we needed and more. We walked down to the beach for a swim before breakfast, so lovely. Book now!」

「The room was extremely comfortable, clean and full of character, staff went above and beyond with every detail and extremely polite and helpful. The food was excellent and catered for everyone’s price and taste. The gym and pool facilities are well played out and clean. I can’t wait to visit again」

「The staff were helpful and the room was excellent - clean, well furnished, with good courtesy tray, easy to operate TV, an excellent shower in the bathroom. The only slight criticism was of the very limited choice of breakfast cereals - just rice krispies and coco-pops. Please offer muesli, Weetabix, shredded wheat etc. for those of us who prefer something more grown-up and fibrous !」
