「The room was cooler than I would have liked, but not too cold. The temperature/fan control did not seem to work, neither did the radiator in the room.」

「Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away.」

「We stayed in room 7, and went to bed at around 11.30pm. The room was so noisy from the bar area until around 1am. The room facilities were poor, lots of maintenance issues like no toilet roll holder, loose shelf, loose hook on back of door. The shower was luke warm and felt like needles. The window didn’t shut properly and the pillows were wafer thin. The bin hadn’t been emptied properly from previous guest there was a tooth pick in there!! For £180 per night there was a lot wrong with this...
