「I communicated twice with host on arrival time at 6-7pm but there was nobody there serving us. We had to get keys from the owner of the restaurant next door. Nobody spoke English! The BnB is on a walking street so finding it was a pain. Parking is on street and we needed to haul our luggage from parking spot to BnB then another 20 steep steps to room. It was a very unpleasant check in experience 」

Very helpful owner assisted us with car service to the Palermo airport and train station.
