Lovely house and location

Very spacious and comfortable house for 8 of us, celebrating special family birthdays. We enjoyed lots of lovely nature walks despite the rain, and also swimming, play areas, and a good meal in the Ballihoo restaurant. Visiting ducks appreciated by the children!

Otters View offers spacious accommodation and is beautifully located on the side of a lagoon with magnificent views. The local amenities of a spa, swimming pools, a restaurant, play areas, nature trails etc. are ideal for an extended family visit and certainly kept our three generations fully occupied over a long-weekend. Otters View must have, at one time, been palatial: it offers every conceivable internal comfort and amenity but sadly is let down by neglect. The property is crying out for a deep clean and attention to detail in its presentation is sadly lacking. Hence, the lack-lustre review of what could be a five star rental property.

Beautiful house in stunning location

We had a great week at Otters View. The house is spacious and superbly equipped. Lower Mill Estate has great facilities for all ages and we made full use of the indoor pool and the Somerford Nines outdoor pool. Communication with the property manager was very good and any queries were answered very promptly.
