A little slice of heaven!

Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.

Wonderful

We had a lovely week at Coot Lodge in August. We have stayed at Lowermill before so we’re familiar with the estate and facilities. The barn was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed (except for a fly swatter). We were lucky to have 2 swans and their signets visit us daily, very amusing to watch. Very peaceful decking area. We did have to Hoover when we arrived because there was quite a lot of webs, spiders and dead flies and we found someone’s vape & accessories in one of the wardrobes, other than that the barn was great. Great communication and easy check in and check out. We would definitely book Coot Lodge again.

Fabulous long weekend

Really lovely house for our family including our son in a wheelchair. Lots of fun to be had in the house with the xbox and table football and plenty of outside activities, pool, walks, trampoline and cycling.

Almost perfect!

We met the owner and he quickly sorted out a problem with the heating. Everything else was fine. In the past when renting we have ALWAYS been welcomed by the management. Suggest that this point is gently approached to solving this. Once we met Liam we were delighted to say that he was charming and helpful

Nice and Peaceful!

The property is situated in the heart of a nature reserve. So it gets the odd visit from all kinds of wild life. The facilities on site are good and the property itself wants for nothing. Very enjoyable stay. Thankyou.
