“My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. ”

“Staff are not bad. However, the property is located on noisy road and they do not maintain it. The toilet seat cover is not only broken but nasty. Everything is halfway done and allowing guests to stay while upgrading. As a result it is nasty property, which is not worth listed on the Expedia. ”

The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”

“Two of us stayed overnight for a flight next early next morning. The Hotel is new and clean and fresh. Bed, linen, toilets and corridors were all nice and clean and of good standard. No smell, no bugs. Only small issue was the room bit small in size, but OK for one night. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They agreed to give us packed fruit breakfast to take with us at 5 AM, but forgot in a rush. The staff helped us with loading the heavy luggage.They helped us to book the……

“The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel.”
