「Clean quirky property lovely room. The only one negative thing I would say is a proper light in the room would have been useful as we could not seem to find one. But this by no means spoilt our stay.」

「地理位置很好，旁邊就是大教堂，從火車站過去只要向著大教堂方向走就很容易找得到。接待態度很好，離開房間需要交下門匙，另外窗關不了，早上6時開始就會很嘈吵，但還可接受。沒有風扇或冷氣，下午熱得很，但晚上就還好。沒有電梯，要搬行李上房。」

「The bed is too soft which we felt backpain all day. We have tried both breakfast and dinner inside the hotel, but the taste is not good as their description. Maybe it's not suitable for us only. 」

「The kings room was beautiful and cozy. The space was great and clean. It was a bit freaky to get the key since it was a brick wall you had to go into but it ended up not going anywhere and just had a bunch of keys and also it’s closer to the train station than posted but honestly you can walk the city walls into the city centre which is only 10 mins away. It is a gated condo and used a fob to get into the gate and into the building which made us feel safe. Overall we really liked the condo, the...

「This hotel was vey horrible. The bed and quilt and bed are full of stain. The room, corridor and carpet are very dirty, they are full of sour smell (like vomit after drunk), the heater and exhaust fan are dusty, and a lot of louse and ants. 100% not recommend!!!!」

「Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.」

「Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all.」
