"Will not stay here again. Rooms are nice sized but you get no sleep due to constant street noise. Water was tepid at best and hotel offered no amenities. Baggage check consisted of luggage being set in a room right off opening that was not secured nor was luggage tagged. Do not recommend. "

"Very nice hotel. This was my second time staying here since January. The staff couldn’t be better. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfy. This is now our go-to hotel when we visit Manhattan."

"Rooms were well maintained, our bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect- right in Times Square- perfect distance from our Broadway shows. Would stay here again. We did not use the restaurant- just got bagels nearby!"

"Location ia excellent! Beware large school groups that may travel together as this hotel caters to that, aka there may be a wait for an elevator. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Beds very cozy. Bathrooms need a fan and some updates as there were cracks and mildew stains. Overall glad it was so close to everything you want to be at, and transportion too! With just a touch of elegance to begin and end your day, its a great choice"
