“Close to some great shops and cafes.Suite was provided with most necessities but a little washing machine powder would have been appreciated.A very enjoyable stay was had by us.”

“Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay. The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but……

“No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. Nice balcony off the lounge and my bedroom.Again, when leaving, No instructions about where to……

“The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.”

“The location was excellent and very convenient. The host was easy to contact and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The accommodation met all of our needs and was comfortable and well set up. We had a great experience overall and would happily stay again.”

“Close and convenient to hospital ”

“Couldn’t get hold of the property manager leading up to check in, then when I did speak with him he claimed he couldn’t get hold of me. I was text messaging him and via stayz. Drains smelt, broken power outlets, both bed sheets stained ad said entire house but a room was blocked off overall very dirty have photos which I sent to property manager and again no response absolutely disgusting property and service, the last time we’ll be using stayz”

“A gorgeous property close to the station and all that Subiaco offers. Walk to coffee in the morning and even a fabulous farmers’ market on the weekend or catch the train to Fremantle, the footy or the city. The property has all you need plus a secure backyard for pets. ”
