“My experience at the hotel was amazing!”

“I’m glad I found this hotel and I plan to stay there again in the near future. Both the room and the common areas are maintained clean and in top condition. The staff is very professional. And the location by the iconic Malecón and walking distance from Zona Colonial is a major plus for those of us who rather walk everywhere we go. ”

“No es facil estacionarse porque la infraestructura esta debilitada, el respeto a las normas del transito y peatones es deficiente. Hay diversos problemas. El edificio es antiguo y deben procurar realizar mantenimiento. Siempre hay detalles que se deben solucionar.”

“First, the photos displayed on their website do not accurately represent the hotel. The property does not offer secure parking for vehicles as suggested online. While the room itself was consistent with the photos, the bathroom was in very poor condition: the bathtub was dirty and there was no hot water at any time during our stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We ultimately had to leave the hotel on the first day and lost the full amount we had paid.”

“When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away. We spent 2 full hours talking with Expedia and trying to get them to call the owner (as he stood next to us) - the phone rang, but when the owner answered,……

“Fausto is an amazing host- prompt, attentive. Bed is very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. Got us to the airport in good time and found us a local place to eat.”

“Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. ”

“Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.”
