“Our safe didn't work. Maintenance didn't fix it. The food is a hit or miss. Alot of things were over done. Our room attendant kept our room immaculate. The entertainment was exciting. I looked forward to my 12pm water exercise every day and the many water sports.
The show were great. I just found that alot of the activities online wasn't available. on site. Overall I had a great experience.”

“Just stayed 14 days in B block. 1-100, they earned a 98. Grounds are immaculate. Staff work around the clock to maintain cleanliness, using fallen flowers to make hearts on the main lawn, never got the man's name but he renews the lawn daily! Housekeeping is near perfect! Keisha and her fill in never missed a thing! Turn down service was great and even tidied up a bit more. Mrs. Carol's morning hymns, smile, joy, and meals were GOD SENT! “Jewel Paradise Cove exceeded my expectations. Beautiful ocean views, peaceful atmosphere, amazing staff, and delicious food. The perfect place to unwind in Ocho Rios. Highly recommend!”

“My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. Management did absolutely nothing to assist us……

“Check in was horrible, on property they couldn’t find my reservation
Only 1 bath towel n 1 washcloth,the pine in the bath was leaking the stay was horrible.
