“Cute little place and a great value. It had everything we needed. Very walkable to restaurants and the University of Dayton. ”

“If you love nostalgia, this is a great place to stay! The house feels like home & untouched, frozen in time. I booked this for my retro birthday weekend and it was perfect! Great stay if you’re going to spend the weekend for the Renaissance festival too! I will definitely book again!”

“it was great, nice little town in joyed it .the little shops . easy to get to and too other local places.”

“We loved staying here! We brought our dogs who enjoyed having the run of the fenced in yard. Kitchen fully equipped. TV in every bedroom. Laundry, cleaning, and toiletries stocked. Quiet street to sit on the back deck or porch and take in the country sounds all while being a quick walk off the main street.”

“Excellent location…close to downtown shops. Great fenced yard for dogs. Larger dining room table and upgraded bathtub would be helpful. Our 3rd stay at house and will definitely stay here again.”

“It was located near to the event we were attending which made it convenient. It was generally clean and well kept. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well (no steak knives, no broiler pan, 2 small skillets, no large mixing bowls or cutting board, only glasses and ceramic plates without an option for littler kids to use easily and safely). It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host quickly responded when we needed additional paper products and hand soap.”

“The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Nice peaceful area to relax. Quite outside area. Easy to access the place from town. ”
