So my family decided that we would look to rent a house to still be able to spend that time away together, but not have to have babies in pack n plays inside of a tent. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable everything you could think of has already been thought of and provided for you. (Including cookies). Kathy, the host has a great eye for decorating. We grilled out each night before we enjoyed the beautiful property by a fire. Already planning our next tiny adventure in the country.”

“The house and property are a perfect getaway. There were nice added touches such as snacks, coffee and pretty much anything you needed. It was very clean and would highly recommend it. The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of linens as well as outdoor furniture. It is in a safe neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. It is only a few miles from the bicycle trail. We will be planning our next stay here. I cant say enough good things about this place.”

“We stayed for two night to view the total solar eclipse. The set up is a little different than other rentals, but the description is very accurate. Also the owner communicated with us on what to expect and what to bring. We were prepared and had a great time. We loved walking on the property, around the lake and up to the bridge. The owner was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We watched the solar eclipse from the patio and it was awesome.”

“My wife, her parents, and our three year old son recently stayed at the Mid-West Getaway. We were in Niles for a funeral and found this GEM right in town. The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here……

“The house was clean, easy to check into and was spacious. The beds were really soft and comfortable and the big seating area in the living room allowed us to congregate to talk and hangout. It was very well stocked with shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toliet paper, laundry soap, coffee, spices and almost anything else you could have wanted. There was plenty of parking for 4 - 6 cars behind the house. Our only mishap was we ended up being double booked on our last day and had another family……
