“My husband and I enjoyed this cute little unit as a getaway during our visit to Emporium. The farm is very scenic and is located right along the West Creek Rail Trail - which I highly recommend for biking or jogging! The farm animals were very amusing to watch.We were here in July, and as the listing mentions, there was no AC. Thankfully it was overcast, but it was still pretty warm for us. “Perfect home base for visits to Penn State- adorable town with plenty of breakfast/coffee options. The apartment is filled with fun 70s and 80s nostalgia, and a Ms Pac-Man and pachinko game! Beds are SO comfy, LR is roomy and cozy for hanging out and watching a movie or playing games or chatting. Everything you need and more!! ”

“The apartment was very clean. The overall building was fascinating - old dark wood inside, etc. The location was convenient to downtown DuBois and nearby eating places. We had a family get-together in Reynoldsvlle, which was an easy drive. Our only feedback is that the bed creaked in a little and the mattress sagged a bit in the middle. Glad we could have our dog. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and hope to stay again next year!”

“We rented for the White Out. The apartment was clean and had parking at the front door. We could have walked to town but it rained the entire weekend. Justin responded to email/questions immediately.”

“All you need to know is that it's our third stay here, and Jennifer only opened this Vrbo less than a year ago. The location is great, the apartment is great, the bed is comfortable. Note: there is no microwave but there is an oven, please plan accordingly. The water pressure is surprisingly light being near the water tower - if that bothers you just be aware of it.”

“Little musty, super loud dehumidifier running and loud upstairs noise including a dog until very late. No wifi despite it being advertised. I asked in a message but received no response. No working TV. Bedroom is just fine, squeaky bed, but the futon is like sleeping on deck furniture. Proximity to Penn State was very convenient. ”
