“Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”

“The room smelled of smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and a dirty towel lying on the floor. The property was a mess - dark and grown up in weeds. There was a hole in the wall and the cabinets were taped shut. The bathroom cieling was caving in and had water damage.”

“The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

“Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.”

“Internet wouldn’t work in room or lobby, elevator not working, stair wells dirty, has ants, paper thin walls. Breakfast just ok. Refillable soaps in bathroom are a breeding ground for bacteria. Room smelled musty. Stains on bedding.”

“As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left……

“The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.”

“There are lots of restaurants and things to do all around the hotel”

“Parking was fine. Property was in desperate need of an upgrade. I believe they are starting remodeling. No maid service offered and not given bath towels upon request (realized they were bath mats far too late.) Breakfast was ok, however no forks, yogurt out of date, bacon burnt..... The people were very nice, I just hope the update helps!”
