“I chose the property as they allowed dogs and from that perspective it did not disappoint. There was a fenced yard with an outdoor dining table and a fire pit. The decor was nice—very beach-y. On a less positive note, there was only 1 bathroom for a house advertised as sleeping 6, and no indoor dining area. Fortunately we had good weather, so made use of the outdoor table.”

“Was there month of March 2024..location was great, very close to Dunedin, Clearwater and Tarpon Springs. Not that far from Gulf Beaches. Handy to Spring Training parks to see the Phillies and Blue Jays. We seen Tigers play Rays at Tropicana Field Very quiet and private, nice neighborhood. Golf close by. Furnishings could be a little updated but overall a good stay for the money. Mike was chop chop on returning communications of which I had few. I would consider staying there again if I returned……

“Perfect cute little cottage for our vacation. Everyone has their own space and everything was comfortable and great”

“We enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is very clean and cosy. The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, dishes and pans which make cooking easy. Beach chairs were a bonus! The only suggestions from me would be: 1) to somehow install an exterior fan in the bathroom and 2) provide a dehumidifier as the inside humidity is very high. ”

“I’m so glad that I found this place for my family! Everything was clean and neat when we walked in which was very nice. Beds were comfortable and both rooms were very spacious. It was great being minutes away from Clearwater beach as well! So if you’re looking for a rental that’s kid friendly, this one is it! “This welcoming home with Florida beach decor was ideal for my family of 6. The beds were all very comfortable, the furnishings very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the selection of games, the pool table, and the beach gear provided. There is a nice space and equipment outside to grill, use the fire pit and just relax and enjoy the back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. “I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away.……
